Lord, as I turn to You in prayer, I want to thank You for the strength that has allowed me to begin the process of healing some of the memories in my life.  Thank You for the courage to reach out to those people who can help me in the process.  My newfound hope for a happy and healthy future is the greatest gift I could ask for.  As I continue to grow from my past experiences, let me offer my help to others so they, too, may find happiness and peace.  Amen.
