Laura Elisabeth Ogborn, born on September 29, 1984, in Manhattan, Kansas, and passed away on October 29, 2025, in Fairfax, Virginia. She is the beloved daughter of Leonard and Kathy Ogborn, sister of Megan Ogborn, and wife of Ryan Krolick.
Laura graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2006 with a B.S. in American Sign Language and from George Mason University in 2013 with a Masters of Public Policy. Laura married Ryan J. Krolick in historic Hillsboro, Virginia, on September 21, 2019.
All who knew Laura knew her joyful ministry work and charitable acts. She had a rare gift for bringing light and faith to everyone she met. Her dedication to her faith and her desire to bring light to those in need epitomized her joyful and generous nature, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed her path. Laura shared her charisms with the Arlington Healing Ministry when she started volunteering as a prayer minister in February 2023. Her approach was full of compassion as she facilitated a healing encounter with God through prayer for those seeking healing during monthly Masses throughout northern Virginia. Additionally, Laura served faithfully as co-treasurer and co-Facebook administrator since August 2023. Laura will be deeply missed.

Catherine Scoblick Griffin, age 92, of Warrenton, VA passed peacefully at Heritage Village in Gainesville VA on Saturday, July 27th, 2019. She was born in Scranton, PA, on February, 19th, 1927, daughter of the late John and Filomena Scoblick. Catherine graduated from the College of New Rochelle and shortly after met and married her husband Alfred Charles Griffin upon his graduation from West Point Military Academy. After serving in the military they settled down in Arlington Virginia and her husband graduated from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry. Catherine and her devoted husband raised their four children in Falls Church, VA. Catherine was very involved with her church as well as Catholic Charities and Meals on Wheels. She went on to get her real estate license and worked in the field for many years. After her husband passed away in 1989, Catherine made it her mission to establish the Arlington Healing Ministry, along with Fr. Tuck Grinnell and countless other volunteers. The ministry has helped those in need for over 29 years. Catherine served as Administrator of the Ministry for over 25 years. She lived a life of selflessness and service. Catherine is survived by three children, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband, one child and four siblings. She was interred with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery.
